Le, Yiting, Jiguang, Yuan, We are the best.

    Azzuro Passion

The world cup has ended. But the passion for the pure blue never fades away over time. Azzurro! This is the Azzurro! As a fan of Italian team for years, it is the first time for me as well as many young generation to witness them wining Champion Title. (I was too young to be a fan when Italy won the 1982 world cup).  I can not remember how many nights I stayed up to watch their games and feel high for their victory, low for their loss. I can not remember how many years I have been watching Italian Soccer league. Lots of people underestimated their performance just due to the classical Italian defensive style which may not attract as many eyeballs as the Brazil’s fancy attacking style does. Some may ask why they made it to semifinal, final, reach the summit of world soccer.  Because besides the skill and stamina, they do have a strong and persistent passion for winning, which kept them always on the right track, kept them in good shape at all times, no matter how tough the game was. I am not saying this just because Italy is the champion this time. I was still there for them when they lost to Brazil in 1994, lost to France in 1998, lost to Korea in 2002...will be there also for them for 2010... Looking forward to this pure Azzurro passion spreading in South Africa...
